Job summary

hammerjack is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to transform financial data into actionable insights. You will support GM and executives with timely reporting, variance analysis, and continuous process improvements, including automation of monthly close and KPI tracking.

The role involves one month onsite training in Makati, Philippines, followed by hybrid work arrangements. You will collaborate with global clients and contribute to ongoing finance initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A or finance analyst role.
• Analyze and interpret P&L statements with insightful commentary.
• Experience with KPI reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (Pronto) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly P&L reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Track business performance by monitoring KPIs and trends.
• Support GM and Executive decision-making with ad-hoc analysis.
• Manage supplier rebates and reconcile rebate invoices.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Assist with month-end close and accrual management.
