This role supports financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by extracting and analyzing financial data for reporting, forecasting, simulations, and variance analysis. You will prepare reporting packs, validate forecast data, and support the local country team with analytical and ad‑hoc requirements.
You provide accurate financial insights that support business planning, forecasting, and decision‑making. You ensure reliable financial data by validating reports, forecasts, and large volumes of financial information. You support business performance by identifying trends, analyzing variances, and providing meaningful insights to the local country team. You drive efficiency and standardization by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and best‑practice sharing.
You extract and analyze financial data for reporting, forecasting, and simulations. You prepare reporting packs, variance analyses, and charts to support business decisions. You upload, submit, and validate monthly forecast data to ensure accuracy and completeness. You support the local country team with analytical tasks, ad‑hoc reporting, and financial data requirements. You identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement, while sharing best practices. You complete tasks within agreed SLAs and performance metrics and maintain accurate process documentation.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field, with knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred. You have strong analytical and business acumen, with experience handling large volumes of financial data and excellent Microsoft Excel skills. You have experience using SAP and EDW (Cognos) and can work accurately with financial data in a reporting environment. You have strong English communication skills, can work effectively with a remote team, and are amenable to a day‑shift, hybrid setup.
