Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking a finance professional to operationally execute backend FP&A processes, including forecast, budgets, and reporting. You will own country processes, ensure data integrity, and support audits while interacting with global finance teams.

The role requires knowledge of SAP, US GAAP, IFRS, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with at least 2 years in financial reporting. Hybrid work arrangement and a collaborative environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder preferably Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in conversational English is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial/management reporting or other related areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute backend processes for Financial Planning & Analysis related to Forecasts, Budgets and Reporting.
• Own country process, manage quality and efficiency, understand seams and trade-offs across functions.
• Focus on reports interpretation and variance analysis for one or more business functions.
• Analyze data for reporting requirements and understand business trends affecting financial operations.
