Job summary

S&P Global, Inc. is hiring an Analyst, Financial Analysis in Manila. The role partners with Financial Analysis & Planning Managers to analyze results, forecast, and provide actionable insights for management reporting and strategic decisions.

You will build models, streamline reporting with AI tools, support monthly close and annual estimates, and contribute to quarterly revenue share calculations while engaging with clients and global finance colleagues.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting degree required.
• 3+ years in finance or accounting with exposure to financial analysis, forecasting or FP&A.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and management.
• Hands‑on experience using LLMs to support analysis, documentation or workflow automation.
• Advanced Excel skills; Alteryx or Python is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual results against estimate, forecast and prior year, identifying variances and drivers.
• Develop and update business forecasts with FP&A managers.
• Deliver insights and commentary to support management reporting and quarterly reviews.
• Build financial models and ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Support monthly close and estimate processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate processes.
• Prepare quarterly revenue share calculations and discuss with clients.
