Job summary

S&P Global is seeking an Analyst, Financial Analysis to join our global finance team in Quezon City. You will analyze actual results against forecasts, build financial models, and deliver actionable insights for management reporting.

You will partner with Financial Analysis & Planning Managers, drive process improvements, and support the monthly close and revenue share processes. Proficiency with Excel and scripting tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to financial analysis, forecasting or FP&A preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Alteryx or Python considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Forecasting: analyze actuals vs estimates, develop and update forecasts, provide insights for management reporting.
• Process Improvement & Automation: streamline recurring reporting and close processes using tools like Excel, Alteryx, Python, and LLMs.
• Quarterly Revenue Share: prepare calculations, reconcile data, and respond to client questions.
• Competitor Intelligence Research: monitor earnings releases and industry trends for management.
• Accounting & Operational Support: assist with invoicing, journal entries, and vendor research.
