This role supports Talent Acquisition operations by coordinating candidate communications, interview scheduling, hiring logistics, background checks, and onboarding activities. You will ensure accurate ATS records, compliance, and smooth hiring processes, particularly for complex or high-volume recruitment. The role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams while resolving escalated issues and supporting a positive candidate experience.
You keep the hiring process running smoothly by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, hiring logistics, and onboarding activities.
You ensure data accuracy and compliance by maintaining reliable ATS records and following company policies, labor laws, and data protection requirements.
You improve the candidate and stakeholder experience by resolving issues quickly and supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams.
You drive hiring efficiency by identifying process improvements and maintaining operational consistency across high-volume and complex hiring activities.
