Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including early-stage or startup experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills and system design fundamentals.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
• Track record of shipping and scaling products independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core product features from the ground up.
• Make key architectural and technical decisions with long-term impact.
• Work closely with founders/leadership to translate vision into technical execution.
• Take ownership across the stack—front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and beyond.
• Establish engineering practices, tooling, and standards early on.
• Adapt quickly as priorities and requirements shift.
