Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc seeks an experienced engineer to own delivery and support for Upstage's document-AI deployments across SaaS, cloud, and container stacks. You will stand up environments, wire API integrations, and troubleshoot across AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building/operating on AWS and/or Azure; strong with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript; Go/Java/C++ welcome.
• Proficiency with Linux, command line, and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on with Docker, Docker Compose, and container orchestration.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous technical problems and resolve them independently.
• Clear written technical communication; comfortable with customer-facing troubleshooting.
• AI fluency: using AI tools to scale expertise while maintaining accountability.

About the role

You'll be the engineering muscle behind getting Upstage's document-AI products (Document Parse, Information Extract, Solar LLMs) running reliably in customer environments - from POC through production. This is hands-on delivery and support engineering: standing up and troubleshooting deployments across SaaS, cloud, and container stacks, root-causing issues that span APIs, services, and pipelines, and iterating on extraction configurations to hit customer accuracy targets. You'll work directly with our small, senior US delivery team and partner with product/engineering in Korea. One person's engineering capacity directly determines how many customers we can take on - this role expands that ceiling.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical delivery and support for customer deployments and POCs - provision environments, wire up API integrations, deploy and debug containerized services across AWS/Azure.

• Diagnose issues end-to-end across the stack (integration, classification, extraction, OCR output) and either resolve them or isolate a clean root cause for the product team.

• Tune and iterate Information Extract / Document Parse pipelines (schema design, config) to meet customer accuracy requirements.

• Turn recurring delivery patterns into reusable skills, templates, runbooks, and docs so the team scales.

• Support CSP Marketplace listings and partner enablement as needed.

About you

• 3-5 years building/operating on AWS and/or Azure; strong with APIs and cloud infrastructure.

• High proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or TypeScript preferred; Go/Java/C++ welcome).

• Proficiency with Linux, command line, and Bash scripting.

• Hands-on with Docker, Docker Compose, and container orchestration.

• Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous technical problem and decompose, research, and resolve it independently - minimal hand-holding.

• Clear written technical communication; comfortable in customer-facing troubleshooting.

• AI fluency - you're fluent and comfortable using AI tools to scale your expertise and move faster, but never as a shortcut. You stay personally accountable for the quality of everything you ship regardless of how it was produced, and you keep experimenting - always trying new tools and approaches rather than defaulting to the familiar.
