Job summary

DevRev is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between DevRev, implementation partners, and customers, shaping, implementing, and scaling solutions on the DevRev platform.

The role blends software engineering, systems integration, and applied AI to translate business workflows into integrations, automations, and AI agents while owning partner enablement and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-quality code.
• Experience with systems integration, API-driven architectures, and data flows.
• Familiarity with SQL and observability/debugging tools.
• Practical experience applying modern AI techniques (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, prompting, evals).
• Comfortable working directly with customers and partners—strong problem solving, communication, and ownership.
• Ability to build tooling, frameworks, and repeatable processes to enable partner scale.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer for Implementation Partners at DevRev, you will partner directly with implementation partners and their customers to scope, design, implement, and scale solutions on the DevRev platform. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, solution architecture, partner enablement, and delivery and requires ownership of the partner technical journey from onboarding through ongoing success.
