Job summary

KER Systems & Solutions Corp. is seeking a Formwork QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality, safety, and reliability of equipment and steel fabrication through inspections, testing, and QC processes.

The role focuses on warehouse-based inspection, testing, returns, and fabrication activities, coordinating with internal teams to meet engineering specs and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree, is a licensed engineer (PRC), and has 3–5 years of QA/QC and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Must be a Licensed Engineer (PRC License).
• 3–5 years of QA/QC/equipment inspection experience in formwork, steel fabrication, or related fields.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, dimensional inspection, and quality control.
• Experience in material and equipment testing, including test plans, coordination, and evaluation of results.
• Familiarity with formwork and falsework systems and fabrication processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse-based equipment inspection, testing, returns, and fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Fabrication teams to ensure quality standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Maintain robust documentation and reporting of quality actions and defects.
