Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant formwork and shoring experience in construction.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and formwork design tools (Tekla, RSTAB).
• Strong knowledge of international/local building codes, safety standards, and regulations (Eurocodes, OSHA).
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design formwork systems for construction projects, ensuring safety and engineering compliance.
• Perform structural analysis of formwork and shoring designs to meet load-bearing requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations for formwork systems using CAD software.
• Stay updated on formwork/shoring trends and incorporate innovations where applicable.
• Prepare materials lists aligned with project specifications and stock availability.
