Job summary

CXM Group is seeking a customer support specialist to assist traders using our platforms. You will handle live chat, email, and phone inquiries, resolving issues and guiding clients through products and services.

Ideal candidates have proven customer service experience, strong English and Portuguese language skills, and the ability to work rotating night shifts. Forex market knowledge is a plus, with opportunities for career growth within a regulated fintech group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or client service.
• Forex trading knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English; Portuguese fluency.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication channels (live chat, email, phone).
• Identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction and timely responses.
• Handle inquiries from new leads and existing clients via multiple channels.
• Maintain CRM records with interactions and actions taken.
• Coordinate with internal departments and schedule callbacks as needed.
• Work independently and in a team while following SOPs and policies.
