Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a Complaint Officer for the Trading Team in the Philippines. You will investigate client concerns, bridge communications between clients and the front-end team, and drive timely, professional resolutions.

You will apply SOPs, exercise discretion for authorized compensations when appropriate, and identify recurring issues to contribute to process improvements. Fluency in English is required; Chinese is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent English fluency required.
• Experience in complaint handling or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of SOPs and concessions policy is a plus.
