Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a 4-year course is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in banking or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident negotiator capable of closing deals.
• Customer-focused with relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with numbers and market movements.
• Organized and detail-oriented with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client accounts and drive growth in volume and revenue.
• Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities.
• Present and sell the company's forex products and services.
• Book client orders accurately and ensure correct transaction details.
• Verify transactions and ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Escalate compliance concerns when needed.
• Provide excellent service before, during, and after transactions.
• Coordinate with operations, treasury and compliance for smooth service delivery.
• Conduct product training sessions for clients or internal stakeholders.
