Job summary

BDO Unibank in Ortigas is seeking a specialist to manage portfolios of NPL accounts in coordination with external service providers, from filing Extrajudicial Foreclosure to ROPA booking. You will assist in cash and dacion-en-pago negotiations, monitor auctions, and prepare required resolutions and proposals.

The role requires a banking background with foreclosure exposure, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to work onsite in Ortigas.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in banking or a related institution, preferably with collections/foreclosure exposure.
Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

Manage NPL portfolio via coordination with external service providers from filing foreclosure to ROPA booking.
Assist external service in negotiating cash and dacion-en-pago with clients.
Monitor filing of Extrajudicial Foreclosure, attend auctions, secure Certificate of Sale, and annotate records.
Prepare cash/non-cash resolutions and credit proposals; monitor implementation, foreclosure, and dacion-en-pago.
Prepare bid prices with authority to bid and ROPA booking memo; coordinate with Specialized Accounting.
Prepare RTPO and SRI requests; encode in LAD shared file; collate required documents for dacion.
Prepare and submit payment requests for publication, certificate of sale, and RD fees; review external service billings.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
