• Maintain cleanliness of the food stall, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Wash utensils, cooking tools, and surfaces after use.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines.

Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Notify the supervisor of restocking needs or shortages.
• Ensure all items are stored properly to maintain freshness.

Compliance

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Adhere to health regulations and company policies.
