Job summary

Initia International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Food Server (Part-time) to deliver friendly, attentive service in our F&B operations. You will handle orders, serve food and beverages, keep dining areas clean, and support the team to ensure a positive guest experience.

This entry-level role requires good communication, independence, and flexibility for weekends and holidays. Schedule: minimum 3 days/week, 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours; weekday rate $13/hour, weekend rate $15/hour.

Responsibilities

• BUZZER & TABLE MANAGEMENT: clear tables, maintain cleanliness, respond to buzzer calls.
• FOOD RUNNER DUTIES: deliver food promptly, ensure presentation and temperature.
• MENU MASTERY & TRAINING: study menu, participate in trainings, pass role-play tests.
• PROGRESSION TO SERVER DUTIES: take orders, serve with proper technique, engage customers.
• CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: provide friendly service and assist senior teammates.
