INITIA GROUP is seeking an Experienced Food Server for a part-time role in the F&B Operations department. The position offers Weekday Rate of $15/hour and Weekend Rate of $18/hour, with a schedule of a minimum 3 days per week and 20 hours per week, up to 35 hours.

• 1+ year experience at a reputable restaurant.
• With Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate positive energy.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• INITIAL TRAINING (Fresh Joiners): Begin with buzzer clearing and food runner duties; complete thorough menu learning and storytelling training; demonstrate comprehensive understanding of all menu items.
• STATION MANAGEMENT: Manage entire station independently with minimal supervision; handle multiple tables simultaneously with efficiency; maintain high service standards throughout shift.
• SALES & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Drive upselling through menu knowledge and recommendations; engage authentically with every customer at assigned station; tell compelling stories about dishes, ingredients, and Korean dining culture; create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• MENTORSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Buddy and train new entry-level servers; share menu knowledge and service techniques; model excellent customer engagement and professionalism.
• OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Maintain station organization and cleanliness; coordinate with kitchen and support staff effectively; handle customer concerns professionally and proactively.
