Overview

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience. As a Food Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service. Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and offering specials.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that orders are correct and meet quality standards before serving.
• Respond to customer inquiries, offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Monitor and assist customers throughout their meal, checking on their satisfaction and refilling drinks as needed.
• Process payments, handle cash, and provide accurate change to customers.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the restaurant, including setting tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Qualifications
