Job summary

Chooks to Go Inc. seeks a detail-oriented audit professional to perform operational/inventory audits across stores, commissaries, warehouses and business centers.

The role requires strong documentation skills, knowledge of GMP/HACCP, and effective communication with Operations Management. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Food Technology or related field and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related F&B management field.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety principles is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Basic documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Well organized and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational/inventory audits for stores, commissaries, warehouses and business centers.
• Conduct process documentation review for assigned audit areas.
• Communicate audit findings to Operations Management to report results.
• Effectively use Audit tools and resources within assigned areas.
• Work closely with teammates to develop sustainable and value-added relationships.
