Job summary

Chooks to Go Inc. is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to drive compliance, quality standards, and food safety initiatives across all stores and commissaries in the Philippines.

The role requires leading FSMS development, HACCP, and GMP programs, plus managing audits, training, and incident investigations. You will coordinate with LGUs, DOH, FDA, and suppliers to uphold safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Must ensure compliance with local regulations (RA 10611) and LGU codes.
• Experience leading QA programs across multi-unit operations.
• Strong audit, investigation, and corrective action capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain FSMS (HACCP, GMP, SSOP).
• Oversee regulatory licensing, permits, and sanitary certifications across locations.
• Conduct unannounced and scheduled audits for branches and commissaries.
• Lead recalls, traceability, and root cause analyses; drive CAPA actions.
• Provide training on food safety to store managers and staff.
