Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe in Parañaque is seeking a Commissary Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality, GMP, and food safety standards are met.

You will monitor schedules, manage resources, prepare reports, and drive improvements to productivity and product quality. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, with willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or production operations.
• Supervisory experience in a commissary or similar production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production personnel and multiple priorities.
• Experience in preparing production reports and monitoring performance.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production schedules, output, and manpower allocation to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Ensure that all products meet established quality standards, specifications, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor the proper handling, preparation, storage, and processing of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Lead, guide, and monitor production personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure availability of raw materials, equipment, and other production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize material wastage, and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Identify production issues, troubleshoot operational concerns, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and submit production reports, including output, manpower, and operational performance.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
