Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in food-related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years in food production or commissary operations.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety, sanitation, and GMP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage manpower and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with focus on product quality and output.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily activities of production staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assign tasks and distribute workloads among team members based on production requirements.
• Monitor production output, workflow, and manpower to ensure timely completion of daily targets.
• Ensure that products are prepared and processed according to established recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor proper handling, preparation, storage, and packaging of food products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Check the availability and proper utilization of raw materials, supplies, and production equipment.
• Monitor team attendance, punctuality, productivity, and overall performance.
• Provide guidance and assistance to team members to ensure proper execution of production tasks.
• Report production concerns, equipment issues, and operational irregularities to the Production Supervisor.
• Assist in monitoring inventory, minimizing material wastage, and maintaining cleanliness in production area.
• Prepare and submit production updates and other required reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
