GreenPlus Corporation in Cavite is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring targets are met and GMP/HACCP and safety standards are maintained. You will monitor manpower, attendance, productivity, and performance, coordinating with warehouse, QA, maintenance, and other departments to prevent delays and ensure SOP compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing; strong

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related field.
2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, and output monitoring.

Responsabilidades

Supervise daily production operations to ensure achievement of production targets.
Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and personnel performance.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor production output, rejects, downtime, and material consumption.
Coordinate with warehouse, Quality Control/ Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to prevent production delays.
Ensure proper implementation of production plans, SOPs, and housekeeping requirements; prepare daily production reports and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
