Job summary

Greenplus in the Philippines seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead a team toward meeting targets while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will monitor manpower, attendance, productivity, and performance, coordinating with QC, maintenance and warehouse to prevent delays. A Bachelor's in Food Technology and 2–3 years in supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and output monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to achieve targets.
• Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor output, rejects, downtime and material consumption.
• Coordinate with warehouse, QC/QA, maintenance and other departments to prevent delays.
• Implement production plans, SOPs and housekeeping, and prepare daily reports with corrective actions.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
