Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Safety Specialist to lead occupational safety and environmental programs across the feed mill operations. You will implement policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with DOLE and BFP requirements while safeguarding workers and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 40-hour OSH training (BOSH) required.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer with SO3 level.
• Strong OSH regulatory knowledge and auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SHE policies for feed mill.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Identify hazards across machinery, dust, chemicals, and operations.
• Lead PTW system for high-risk activities.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
