- Experience with preventive maintenance systems
- Knowledge of refrigeration, boilers, packaging machinery, and automation
- Experience managing technicians and contractors
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Support automation and improvement projects
- Oversee plant facilities and equipment reliability
- Ensure safety, SOP, and maintenance compliance
- Lead, schedule, and develop the maintenance team
- Prepare accurate technical reports and maintenance records
