Job summary

Responsibilities include leading store/branch managers, driving sales growth and profitability, and handling escalated customer concerns while maintaining strong stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of work-related experience in fast food or casual/fine dining is a plus.
• Willing to do fieldwork in Cavite and Laguna Area.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across all assigned locations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Leading, supervising, and mentoring store or branch managers to build a strong team.
• Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction across locations.
