Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing large-scale food court operations and tenant relations.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to coordinate with marketing, leasing, and support groups.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee overall foodcourt operations, ensuring cleanliness, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance by achieving sales and income targets, controlling expenses, and preparing budgets.
• Build strong tenant relationships through regular coordination, performance reviews, and timely resolution of operational concerns.
• Ensure proper merchandise handling, stock management, and compliance with lease and operational standards.
• Lead and develop the foodcourt operations team through effective people management, training, and performance support.
