Job summary

SM City Santa Rosa in Laguna seeks a Food Court Manager to lead daily operations, sales, tenant relations, and customer service across the Food Court group. You will coordinate with Marketing, Leasing and support teams to maximize contribution to the mall's goals while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in a related field, with preferred managerial experience in food service.

Qualifications

At least 4 years working experience in a related field. Preference is given to those with managerial experience in food service industry establishments.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
Must be hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible. Can handle pressure both from work and people. Has high level of enthusiasm with good and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Food Court Manager oversees operations, sales, tenant and customer relations within the Food Court group.
Coordinates with Marketing, Leasing and other support groups to align with mall goals.
Ensures compliance with company policies and local laws and regulations.
