Nexus Recruitment Group seeks a Technical Sales Specialist to promote engineered solutions for food manufacturing, refrigeration, and cold storage clients. You will understand customer needs, tailor equipment recommendations, and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.

The role emphasizes strong technical foundations, effective communication, and fieldwork with industrial clients to drive pre- and post-sales activities and grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales or solutions selling, preferably in industrial equipment, refrigeration systems, or food manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Understand client requirements in food manufacturing, refrigeration, and cold chain contexts.
• Promote technical products related to industrial refrigeration, food processing, and cold chain equipment.
• Prepare presentations, quotations, and technical documentation with engineering teams.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including client briefings, product demos, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of clients in manufacturing, food service, and logistics sectors.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to meet customer needs.
• Track sales performance and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
