Job summary

BSFIL Technologies, Inc. in Laguna, Calauan, Philippines, seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage timely applications and renewals of food regulatory requirements (FDA CPR & LTO, HALAL, BPI, SRA) and ensure compliance.

You'll stay current on regulations, communicate regulatory information to stakeholders, conduct audits to identify non‑compliance, support FSMS during audits, and maintain records. Requirements: BS Food Technology or related science degree and at least 1 year of related

Qualifications

Graduate of a 4-year course; preferably BS Food Technology or BS Nutrition or related science.
At least 1 year of related experience.
Knowledgeable of food regulatory standards and compliance.
Familiar with GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
Strong attention to detail, thorough, systematic and organized.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the timely application and renewal of various food regulatory requirements (FDA CPR & LTO, HALAL, BPI, SRA, and others).
Stay up-to-date on current and emerging regulations, guidelines and legal compliance.
Communicate regulatory information to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct audits to identify potential non-compliance and recommended actions.
Provide support to FSMS during audits (supplier, customer and internal).
Maintain records and documentation related to regulatory compliance.
