About the role

Hospitality Innovators, Inc. is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in General Luna, Surigao del Norte. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence within our food and beverage department. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of bar and beverage staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality operations. This role is essential to creating memorable experiences for our guests whilst ensuring efficient and profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train and mentor bar and beverage staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain consistency in service standards
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations across all food and beverage operations
• Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering of beverages, spirits and bar supplies to optimise costs and minimise wastage
• Oversee daily operations of the bar and beverage service areas, including opening and closing procedures
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales, cash handling and till reconciliation
• Implement and promote company policies and procedures to all team members
• Conduct regular staff briefings and performance reviews to support team development
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance beverage sales and profitability
• Ensure the bar area is well-maintained, clean and organised at all times

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, bar manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of beverages, spirits, cocktails and bar operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Outstanding customer service orientation with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Sound understanding of health, safety and food hygiene standards
