Job summary

Hospitality Innovators, Inc. in General Luna, Surigao del Norte is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will craft cocktails, engage with guests, and ensure top-tier service that aligns with our standards.

In this full-time role, you will also manage POS transactions, maintain bar cleanliness, collaborate with servers and kitchen staff, and uphold health and safety requirements to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as bartender in hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage recipes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS and cash handling.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and legal requirements.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strict attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Team player with ability to follow directions.
• Multi-language skills are a plus.
• Certification in beverage service or bartending is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and quality.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of drink recipes and trends to provide recommendations.
• Operate the POS system accurately and manage cash transactions.
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts.

• Follow health and safety regulations and proper alcohol service procedures.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs or waste issues.
• Maintain composure during busy periods and multitask effectively.
