Namin Resort is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the property's restaurant and banquet operations. You will drive service excellence, optimize costs, and ensure profitability through disciplined financial controls and strategic planning.

You will establish strong operating systems, implement SOPs, and leverage POS, inventory analytics, and technology to enhance guest experiences while maintaining high-performance teams and consistent quality across all F&B outlets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations, preferably from luxury hotels/resorts.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable on food cost, inventory management and basic kitchen operations.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and night schedules.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, service, and commercial performance of the property's restaurant and banquet operations.

The position is accountable for delivering outstanding dining and event experiences while maintaining disciplined control over food and beverage costs, labor, inventory, productivity, quality, and profitability.

The manager will establish strong operating systems, develop SOPs and policies, build a high-performance service culture, and leverage POS, inventory, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled technology to improve efficiency and profitability.
