Job summary

hrtx in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Front of the House Training Manager to lead the development and execution of training programs that elevate service standards and guest experiences. You will oversee onboarding, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching for managers and FOH teams.

The role focuses on ensuring consistent FOH operations across branches, partnering with Operations and HR, and designing materials to strengthen learning, coaching, and performance across casual dining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training (FOH).
• Experience with casual dining restaurant groups is preferred.
• Proven ability to design and evaluate training programs for restaurant ops.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve FOH training programs on service standards and guest experience.
• Lead onboarding, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching for managers and FOH staff.
• Ensure consistent service excellence and operational procedures across branches.
• Conduct store visits, training audits, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to align learning strategies with business goals.
• Create training materials, manuals, and competency assessments.
• Monitor training effectiveness via KPIs and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Coach restaurant leaders in people management and development.
• Promote customer service excellence, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance training programs.
