Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Front of the House Training Manager to lead the development and execution of training programs that elevate service excellence and guest experience across casual dining operations.

The role focuses on onboarding, classroom and on-the-job coaching for restaurant managers and FOH staff, ensuring consistent standards, strong leadership, and ongoing learning. Willingness to travel to branches is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or related field.
• 5+ years managerial experience in restaurant training, preferably FOH.
• Experience with casual dining restaurant groups.
• Strong expertise in FOH operations, service excellence, and people development.
• Ability to design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Willing to travel to restaurant branches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve FOH training programs covering service standards, guest experience, and operations.
• Lead onboarding, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching for managers and FOH staff.
• Ensure consistent service standards across all branches.
• Conduct store visits, training audits, and performance assessments.
• Partner with Operations and HR to align learning with business objectives.
• Design training materials, manuals, and competency assessment tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness via KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Coach leaders in people management and talent development.
• Promote customer service excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with industry trends to enhance training programs.
