Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in administrative or warehouse support roles.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist stock reconciliations.
• Monitor incoming/outgoing shipments; ensure timely documentation.
• Prepare shipping documents (invoices, receipts, packing lists).
• Coordinate with logistics, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist receiving, inspecting, and verifying deliveries vs POs.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
• File and archive warehouse documents properly.
• Support health, safety, and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Use ERP software for data entry and reporting.
• Assist in audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.
