Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Officer-Inventory for our Carmona, Cavite warehouse. The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock levels, handling purchase orders, receiving, storing, and issuing goods.

The candidate will maintain stock records using computerized systems, perform regular stock takes, reconcile physical stock with system data, and prepare inventory adjustment reports. Excellent organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory control and PO processing.
• Familiar with stock taking and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare reports on inventory adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders, receive, store, and issue goods.
• Maintain stock records using computerized systems and check invoices.
• Oversee orderly arrangement of goods within stock locations for easy retrieval.
• Perform regular stock takes and reconcile with the system.
• Coordinate offloading, packing, and unpacking to ensure accessibility.
• Prepare reports on adjustments for damaged or spoiled items.
• Record receipts and issuances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile physical stock with the system records.
