PHILMETAL PRODUCTS, Inc. is seeking a warehouse-oriented professional to receive, inspect, and store incoming materials at our Carmona site. You will issue materials for deliveries and internal requests while ensuring proper documentation and stock control.

The role requires a 4-year degree, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and basic warehouse knowledge. Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset are essential. Monday to Saturday schedule with standard warehouse hours.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a 4-year course in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing setup.
• Computer literate and proficient with basic warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials.
• Prepare and issue materials for deliveries and internal requests.
• Ensure documentation and endorsement of receipts, invoices, and transfer records.
• Maintain accurate stock records, update stock cards daily, reconcile with physical stock.
• Implement FIFO inventory system.
• Assist in pre-counting, cycle counts, and year-end inventory.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Stores Supervisors on material receipts and stock status.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organize storage areas by type.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
