Job summary

New Tianle Asia Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee FMCG warehouse operations onsite in San Simon, Pampanga. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely receiving and dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will lead a large team, implement SOPs, and work with procurement, logistics, and sales to drive efficiency and cost control while monitoring KPIs such as order accuracy and on‑time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to preserve product quality.
• Implement and continuously improve warehouse SOPs.
