Job summary

New Tianle Asia Corporation in Manila is seeking a Sales Admin Senior Officer to lead the sales administration team and partner with sales to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will own order processing, tracking, and documentation, coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations and Marketing, and drive efficiency by improving workflows while ensuring accuracy and compliance across the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Several years (3–5, or more) of experience in sales admin, sales operations, or a related support/admin function.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in sales admin tasks in the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the sales admin team, ensuring good performance, delegation, and balance of workload.
• Handles order processing & tracking (from order receipt, documentation, to delivery). Ensures orders are accurate, on-time, and compliant.
• Coordinates with other functions (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing) especially on incentives/payouts, contracts, compliance, documentation, inventory or sales collateral.
• Monitors sales team performance via reports, dashboards, metrics; tracks trends and flags issues.
• Ensures administrative processes are audit ready, compliant with company policy or local regulation.
• Improves processes: finds inefficiencies in sales admin workflows and implements improvements.
• Manages customer-facing admin tasks: handling order-related queries/discrepancies, ensuring good customer documentation, sometimes coordinating with logistics and supply chain.
