Qualifications

• Deep specialization in social media content creation and digital storytelling.
• Minimum 8 years hands-on experience creating content for social platforms, preferably FMCG or consumer brands.
• Verifiable portfolio of short-form video, photography, copywriting, and campaign content.
• Ability to independently develop ideas from concept through production, editing, publishing, and iteration.
• Advanced understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, memes, and viral formats.
• Proficient with short-form video creation and editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute original social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Conceptualize content ideas aligned with brand campaigns and consumer trends
• Create short-form videos, photography, copy, Reels, memes, recipes, DIY content, and other formats
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand objectives
• Independently shoot, edit, and publish quick-turn social content with high production standards
• Evaluate emerging social trends and internet culture to identify opportunities
• Translate brand strategies into culturally relevant platform-native creative
• Adapt concepts and tone across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, influencers, creators, and photographers
• Review and assess content for quality, brand alignment, and platform suitability
• Use performance insights to iterate and improve content
• Ensure content reflects brand guidelines and visual identity
