SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Social Media Content Creator to develop and execute high-impact social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more.

You will craft short-form videos, copy, and visuals that resonate with consumer trends while managing content calendars and collaborating with creators and internal teams. You will independently shoot, edit, and publish content, evaluate emerging trends, and translate brand strategies into culturally relevant content

Qualifications

• Deep specialization in social media content creation and digital storytelling
• 8+ years hands-on experience creating content for social media, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands
• Verifiable record of substantive creative work across social platforms and formats
• Ability to independently develop ideas from concept through production, editing, and publishing
• Advanced understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, memes, internet culture, and viral formats

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute original social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Conceptualize content ideas aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, cultural moments, and consumer trends
• Create short-form videos, photography, copy, Reels, memes, recipes, DIY content, ASMR, trend-led content, and other social-first formats
• Develop and manage content calendars aligning output with brand and marketing objectives
• Independently shoot, edit, and publish quick-turn social content with high production standards
• Evaluate emerging social trends and platform developments to identify brand-relevant opportunities
• Translate brand strategies into culturally relevant, platform-native creative
• Adapt content concepts and tone across different social platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and external partners
• Review and assess content for quality, alignment, and audience relevance
• Use performance insights to iterate, optimize, and improve content
• Ensure all published content reflects brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice
• Highly Preferred: portfolio of high-performing Reels, TikToks, campaigns
