Job Description
The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging, trend-driven, and sales-oriented content for our kidswear fashion brand. This role focuses on creating both short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels. The primary goal is to enhance product visibility, educate customers, and drive conversions through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and on-trend short-form videos showcasing kids’ apparel, from everyday basics to seasonal collections.
- Highlight product features through clean visuals, creative transitions, and effective styling.
- Develop engaging content that attracts viewers and converts them into customers.
- Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends, adapting them to feature products and outfit inspirations.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Perform color grading on pictorial clips and campaign videos to ensure visual consistency across all content.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to align content with campaign themes and objectives.
- Deliver high-quality content consistently and within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to campaign planning by pitching creative concepts, styling ideas, and visual directions for photoshoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during photoshoots and pictorials to support storytelling and brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in creating, filming, and editing social media video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera equipment (DSLR or smartphone).
- Experience producing content for brands or businesses is an advantage.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to manage the full video production process independently, from concept development to final delivery.
- Strong creative vision and understanding of short-form video storytelling.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices for engagement.
- Understanding of platform-specific optimization techniques.
- Willingness to work onsite from Monday to Friday in Cubao, Quezon City.
