Requirements

3+ years of hands‑on experience in digital content creation, videography, and video editing (agency or media publisher experience is a plus).

Currently based in Manila, Philippines.

Must-Have: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating engaging short-form video work (TikTok/Reels).

Proficient in mobile and desktop editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Native understanding of social media trends and algorithm behaviors.
