Job summary

You will lead a team of sales representatives and merchandisers, set targets and KPIs, and collaborate with logistics to ensure timely product availability and strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG or consumer goods.
• 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of retail distribution, trade marketing, and channel management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives, merchandisers, and field staff.
• Identify and develop new territories and sales channels.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
