Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and market dynamics awareness.
• Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills with senior stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership in building and managing motivated, results-oriented sales teams.
• Fluency in Tagalog is mandatory, with strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to optimize revenue growth and market share.
• Continuously review and optimize sales policies including pricing, key account management, and distribution strategies.
• Drive effective sales performance monitoring with regional stakeholders to refine tactics.
• Lead end-to-end channel sales processes to achieve and exceed targets across retail environments.
• Enhance customer engagement by identifying and cultivating key partnerships and high-level stakeholder relationships.
• Negotiate optimal agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee planning processes including JBPs and T2T initiatives with disciplined execution.
• Oversee in-store execution focusing on assortment, placement, and promotional activities using Trax and DMS.
• Support SCM initiatives to deliver best-in-class programs across planning, engagement, and operations.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team with a culture of improvement and customer-centricity.
• Anticipate market changes and adapt strategies with agility while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
