Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in FMCG.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving nationwide growth and expansion.
• Experience in high-growth or hyper-growth environments (+30–40% annually).
• Strong background in sales strategy, execution, and team leadership.
• Experience managing large, distributed sales teams across regions.
• Ability to lead change, transformation, and process improvements.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities
