Job summary

BIC World is seeking a driven Sales Associate to cover traditional trade outlets in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will build strong retailer relationships, promote products, and execute in-store activities to ensure availability and visibility across channels.

Key responsibilities include visiting outlets, meeting sales targets, expanding distribution, and collecting market intelligence. Strong communication and Excel skills are required to manage reports and payments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous Sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, optimum stock levels, and effective merchandising at point of sale.
• Expand numeric distribution by identifying and opening new customers.
• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.
